Set in one of the most pristine marine environments in the Sea of Cortez, guests disconnect from the conventional and immerse themselves in raw natural beauty—vast star-filled skies, dramatic desert landscapes, and clear waters teeming with life. Days are spent exploring hidden coves, snorkeling, kayaking, and hiking through protected wilderness, while nights unfold under unforgettable starlit skies guided by a professional astronomer.

DAY 1 | 9AM – Departure from La Paz Bay. We cruise directly to the camp located on Espíritu Santo Island, arriving approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later.
Upon arrival, the camp staff will welcome you with refreshing drinks and an introduction to the camp facilities. After lunch, the panga will be ready to take you to the sea lion colony within the archipelago for your first encounter with wild sea lions in their natural habitat.
Back at camp, enjoy cocktails and appetizers while taking in a spectacular sunset, followed by an unforgettable dinner under the stars.
Day 2 | Island Exploration & Relaxation. Starting at 6:00 AM, fresh coffee will be available for you to enjoy the sunrise, followed by a delicious breakfast prepared by the chef.
In the morning, guests may choose between an interpretive hiking excursion or a snorkeling adventure. After lunch, enjoy free time to relax at camp — stroll along crystal-clear beaches, go paddleboarding or kayaking, or simply unwind with your favorite book in the shade.
In the afternoon, the panga will take you once again to the sea lion colony or another beautiful reef site for snorkeling. Upon returning to camp at sunset, enjoy cocktails and appetizers while relaxing before another exquisite dinner experience.
Day 3 | Farewell to Paradise. Enjoy an early breakfast followed by one final snorkeling session. After returning to camp for lunch, the panga will be ready for your return journey to La Paz, arriving back in the city between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
About Espíritu Santo Island
Just off the coast of La Paz, Espíritu Santo Island is where the desert meets the Sea of Cortez. Part of a protected natural area, the archipelago is known for its dramatic volcanic landscapes, secluded beaches, crystal-clear waters and remarkable marine life. The area is home to sea lions, dolphins, seabirds and an extraordinary variety of marine species.
But what makes spending a night here especially special is the opportunity to experience the island after the day visitors have left.
As the sun disappears behind the desert landscape, the pace slows down. There are no city lights, no traffic and very little between you and the night sky. Your evening becomes about good food, the sound of the sea, and looking up at a sky filled with stars.
During the day, there is plenty to explore—from snorkeling and swimming to hiking, wildlife encounters and discovering some of the island's secluded beaches.
What Makes Espíritu Santo Special?
The Sea of Cortez
Calm bays, turquoise water and rocky reefs create an incredible setting for swimming and snorkeling.
Wildlife- The surrounding waters are home to California sea lions, dolphins, seabirds and many other marine species. Los Islotes, at the northern end of the archipelago, is particularly famous for its sea lion colony.
Where the desert meets the Ocean- Espíritu Santo's volcanic landscape rises dramatically from the Sea of Cortez, creating a landscape that feels almost otherworldly.
The Night Sky- Far from the lights of La Paz, spending the night on the island gives you a completely different perspective of Baja. After sunset, the desert becomes quiet and the stars take center stage.
A Protected Place-The archipelago is part of a protected natural area by the UNESCO, so visiting responsibly is essential. Guests are asked not to feed or touch wildlife, remove anything from the environment, or leave waste behind.
